Question: What is the Church's Affiliation?
Answer: EGBC is a part of the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches. Learn more about the FGBC and its affiliated agencies (church planting, intercultural missions, church resources, communication) by visiting fgbc.org or fgbcworld.com.
Question: What kind of message will I hear at EGBC?
Answer: As a Grace Brethren church, we abide by the motto: "The Bible, the whole Bible, and nothing but the Bible." You will hear strong Biblical teaching that is presented in an engaging and relevant way. If you have questions about what we believe as a Grace Brethren church, please visit our "What We Believe" page to see our statement of faith.
Question: What kind of music style does EGBC have?
Answer: Our morning service is a blend of traditional hymns and modern worship songs. On most Sundays our choir sings as part of the service as well. Our Sunday evening service features a few more traditional hymns and is relaxed enough to where participants request some of their favorites during the singing time.
Question: How can I get connected at EGBC?
Answer: On Sundays we have Sunday School for all ages. For half the year, these classes are broken up into age/similar life-stage classes. The other half of the year we offer several topical electives that anyone can choose from. These are great places to get to meet other people in similar life-stages as to yourself. We have one morning worship service where everyone is able to connect to each other in corporate worship. On Wednesday nights we offer Family Night. There are ministries for the whole family including nursery, separate boys and girls groups, the youth group for grades 7-12, a post-high group, a men's bible study, a women's bible study and an adult prayer meeting. Contact the church office if you have any questions about how you can get involved at EGBC.
