Jeff Hoffard
Pastor Jeff is the Senior Pastor at EGBC, and is greatly excited about the prospects of serving the Lord in his home county! Born and raised in Strasburg, PA, Pastor Jeff met the Lord through the influence of his wife Judy, as well as his former pastor, Richard Placeway.  Almost immediately after his salvation, the Lord made it clear that Jeff was to go into full-time ministry. He is a graduate of both Lancaster Bible College and Grace Theological Seminary.  From 1988 until late August of 2002, Pastor Jeff was the senior pastor at the Leesburg Grace Brethren Church in Leesburg, IN.  In late August 2002, he again moved back to his beloved home county to pastor the Elizabethtown Grace Brethren Church. Jeff has three children, Jenny, who is married and living in PA, Nathan, who is also married  and living in California, and Jessi, who is at home.  His wife Judy, is the love of his life.  He has many interests and passions, but most of all, wants to be used by God to do great things at EGBC!

Tim Placeway
Pastor Tim has been the Associate Pastor at EGBC since 1987.  During that time he has served in the areas of youth ministry and music, growing to love and appreciate the people. He has a bachelor of Music Education from Grace College and a Masters of Science in Secondary Education from Indiana University. He has been married to Jill since 1977 and they have 3 grown children.  Jared is married to Lesley and lives in Chicago.  Jaime lives in PA and is an elementary school teacher, and Joshua is currently at Grace Seminary in Winona Lake, IN. His goal in ministry has been to teach and model the truth.  His life verse is III John 4 that says, "I have no greater joy that to hear that my children are walking in the truth".

Matt Vosberg
Pastor Matt is the Youth Pastor at EGBC.  He and his wife Marianne moved to Elizabethtown in September 2004 from Winona Lake, Indiana. Prior to coming to EGBC, Matt spent 4 years as a Campus Life Director for Youth for Christ in Warsaw, Indiana.  He graduated from Grace College in 2000 with a B.S. in Youth Ministry and Counseling.  He is also currently working on a Master's Degree in Ministry from Grace Seminary. Matt and Marianne also served as Youth Staff at the Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church for many years.  Matt has also ministered twice as an Operation Barnabas leader and has been to Brethren National Youth Conference/Momentum every year since 1992, both as a student and as a Counselor.  Matt also spent the summer of 2004 as the Interim BNYC Coordinator for CE National. Matt and Marianne have been married since 2003 and have a daughter named Morgan, who was born in the fall of 2007. Matt and Marianne have a love for Jr. High and High School students.  They are excited about the opportunity to see students grow in their love for God and develop a passion for unsaved students around them.
